The World of 1920+ Comes to Life in the "End of 2019" Gameplay Trailer for IRON HARVEST

There’s no denying that 2019 was a crucial period for the small, but impressively ambitious team at King Art Games — as their brand-new project, titled Iron Harvest, will try to recreate the old-school magic of Blizzard's greatest hits — with one big twist.
Unlike Blizzard's greatest hits, Iron Harvest won't be a completely original offering, as the upcoming title is set in the 1920+ world — created from scratch and supervised by painter Jakub Różalski.
At its core, the 1920+ project is Różalski's artistic take on the interwar period in Central and East Europe — with huge steampunk machines fighting alongside the regular infantry in the Polania Republic, Rusviet and Saxony Empire; the three main factions that will be available in-game at launch.
Given that Iron Harvest will be finally released on 1.9.20 (or September 1, 2020) it comes as no surprise that both Deep Silver and King Art are slowly getting ready for the crucial months of the game's marketing campaign.
In the new "End of 2019" trailer, the German developer is showcasing a small part of Iron Harvest's long journey to store shelves. The trailer features not only some never-before-seen snippets of real-time gameplay, but also a look back at King Art's efforts to promote Iron Harvest during 2019's biggest gaming events, including both E3 and Gamescom.
The trailer ends with the team's New Year wishes to all the fans who have been supporting the project since its Kickstarter phase, inspired by King Art's respect for the source material and Różalski's involvement — as the artist himself is one of the masterminds behind Iron Harvest's storyline.

At the dawn of the 20th century, shortly after the end of the Great War, the world is full of secrets and mysteries, of opportunities and challenges. Tradition clashes with scientific and technological progress, while Europe is still recovering from the brutal battles of the World War. Iron Harvest is a real-time strategy game (RTS) set in the alternate reality of 1920+, just after the end of the Great War. To create the perfect RTS-experience the team has been working in close cooperation with global RTS-fans ever since the highly successful kickstarter campaign.
Iron Harvest is coming to PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on September 1, 2020.
