The Time for Talking Is Over In Two Intense SONIC THE HEDGEHOG Clips and a Behind-The-Scenes Featurette

There's no denying that Jim Carrey's Doctor Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik will be one of the highlights of the upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog flick — and two newly released movie clips do a pretty good job showcasing some of Sonic's biggest assets.

Both clips feature snippets of never-before-seen footage. The first one focuses solely on the blue hero's first encounter with Dr. Eggman's sticky bombs, while the other clip is all about Sonic's questionable way of saving his friends' lives.

Additionally, a new behind-the-scenes featurette is now available online, giving you the unique chance to learn a whole lot more about the people and technology responsible for Paramount Pictures' adaptation of Sonic — and yes, the original stand-in model of the beloved speedster is there, quite terrifying as always.

Given that Sonic the Hedgehog is right around the corner, the first wave of reviews for Jeff Fowler's film should hit the Internet any day now — as Sonic finally arrives in US theatres on the 14th of February.

Without further ado, take a look at the aforementioned clips and behind-the-scenes video down below:

Based on the global blockbuster videogame franchise from Sega, SONIC THE HEDGEHOG tells the story of the world’s speediest hedgehog as he embraces his new home on Earth. In this live-action adventure comedy, Sonic and his new best friend Tom (James Marsden) team up to defend the planet from the evil genius Dr. Robotnik (Jim Carrey) and his plans for world domination. The family-friendly film also stars Tika Sumpter and Ben Schwartz as the voice of Sonic.

Sonic the Hedgehog speeds into theatres February 14, 2020.
