Corruption 2029 — the next big thing from The Bearded Ladies, the makers of Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden — is coming to PC in just three days, so waste no time and take a closer look at the project in nearly 30 minutes of intense gameplay footage.

The Bearded Ladies-developed video game was announced only a week ago, but we won't have to wait too long to play it, as it's coming exclusively to PC (via the Epic Games Store) on the 17th of February. 

The studio has released nearly 30 minutes of pure gameplay footage from Corruption 2029. putting the spotlight on its gameplay mechanics. At its core, the upcoming project is a tactical strategy game in the same vein as X-COM. In Corruption 2029, you command a small squad of mercenaries — each possessing unique abilities — to fight (and ultimately destroy) the source of the titular corruption. 

Considering that The Bearded Ladies' previous video game, Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden, is also available for PS4, Switch, and XBO, it's safe to say that Corruption 2029 will also get a console port down the road.

Set in a dystopian America in the not-so distant future. CORRUPTION 2029 is a new tactical strategy game from The Bearded Ladies, creators of ‘Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden’. Using your supreme tactical abilities, command a squad of heavily augmented ‘units’ deep into enemy territory to discover the cause of the CORRUPTION. CORRUPTION 2029 is a hardcore tactical game that should test the mettle of even the most experienced tactical gamers.

Corruption 2029 is coming to PC (via the Epic Game Store) on February 17, 2020.
