THE WONDERFUL 101: REMASTERED Will Make Its Way Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and PC This May
PlatinumGames has revealed some new details on the highly anticipated remastered version of 2013's The Wonderful 101 — as the action-packed video game is officially coming to PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC this May.
As revealed by the developer, The Wonderful 101: Remastered will be available for the aforementioned consoles and PC (via Steam) in North America on May 19, Europe on May 22, and finally Japan on June 11.
Unfortunately, there's still no word on a dedicated Xbox One version of The Wonderful 101: Remastered.
In other news, PlatinumGames announced earlier today that it's opening a new studio in Tokyo. "This isn’t a simple physical expansion. It represents a step towards a new challenge for us: Console live ops game development," Executive Vice President and Studio Head Atsushi Inaba said in a special note to fans.
As a reminder, PlatinumGames is currently working on at least three major productions: Babylon's Fall, Bayonetta 3 and the recently revealed Project G.G. While the studio's plate is already full, it seems that the developer is ready to produce its first live-service game, which will possibly be published by Tencent.
