THE DIVISION 2: WARLORDS OF NEW YORK Receives New Trailer and Mostly Positive Reviews From Critics

Tom Clancy’s The Division 2: Warlords of New York is out now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, allowing all fans of Ubisoft Massive's original looter-shooter franchise to return to where the best-selling series all started — New York City.

Considering that the base game has been struggling to keep its player base engaged ever since its launch in March 2019, the fact that Ubisoft finally decided to update the title's core mechanics (also featuring a reworked infinite progression system and reimagined global events) could breathe new life into the project.

Currently sitting at an 81/100 score on Metacritic, Warlords of New York seemingly does a pretty good job rejuvenating every activity type in The Division 2, even if the DLC itself is surprisingly buggy and glitchy.

As a reminder, The Division 2 and Warlords of New York are coming to Google Stadia on March 17, 2020.

There's no denying that Warlords of New York introduces a number of major changes, and to make jumping into the game a little bit easier, Ubisoft has released a new video guide. This comprehensive breakdown should help new and returning players understand the sequel's refreshed gameplay loop, so check it out:

New York, where the events of the first Division game was set, is under threat of a new, devastating biochemical attack. While The Division was answering the distress call in Washington, D.C., Aaron Keener, a former Division Agent turned Rogue, has taken control of Lower Manhattan and is manipulating the factions of New York with the help of dangerous Rogue Agents.

Tom Clancy’s The Division 2: Warlords of New York is currently available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC (via Uplay and the Epic Games Store); will launch on Google Stadia on March 17, 2020.
