CALL OF DUTY: MODERN WARFARE 2 REMASTERED Is a Real Thing According to the Korean Ratings Board

The remastered version of 2009's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 may actually be real, as everyone's best source of early information — the Korean Game Rating Board — has rated the long-rumoured production's campaign mode.
Considering that the aforementioned Game Rating and Administration Committee was also responsible for revealing Assassin's Creed: Rogue HD, Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered and Borderlands: Game of the Year Edition to the world — basically ruining these games' public announcements — you can be rather sure that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 will also get the remaster treatment down the line.
As a reminder, YouTuber The Gaming Revolution — who had leaked many concrete details on last year's Modern Warfare long before the team at Activision officially showcased the shooter — recently confirmed that the American company is indeed working on the remaster (among other high-profile video games).
Taking into account that Modern Warfare 2: Remastered has leaked on four separate occasions since May 2019, Activision should finally announce the reimagined version of the divisive title in the next few months.
Unfortunately, it seems likely that Modern Warfare 2: Remastered won't feature any multiplayer modes.
