Wonderful CYBERPUNK 2077 Artwork Reveals That V Is Not the Biggest Fan of Public Transport

There's no denying that Night City will be quite a colourful location, and this never-before-seen artwork for Cyberpunk 2077 perfectly encapsulates the bizarre essence of the Mike Pondsmith and CD Projekt Red–created universe.

The newly released Cyberpunk 2077–themed wallpaper puts the spotlight on V — the game's protagonist — as he travels around the corrupted city by the local subway amid the ever-escalating chaos around him.

Those who would like to play as a female V should rest easy, as CDP has already revealed that the game's creation menu will allow all players to choose a body type and customise their hero the way they want to.

As a reminder, Cyberpunk 2077 will get at least two major expansions The Witcher III: Wild Hunt-style.

The previously released Cyberpunk 2077 wallpapers are now also available in two more sizes — 3440x1440 and 3840x2160 — and you can check them out on the title's official website. Without further ado, take a closer look at the dangers of Night City in the latest artwork for CDP Red's Cyberpunk 2077 down below:

Cyberpunk 2077 is an open-world, action-adventure story set in Night City, a megalopolis obsessed with power, glamour and body modification. You play as V, a mercenary outlaw going after a one-of-a-kind implant that is the key to immortality. You can customize your character’s cyberware, skillset and playstyle, and explore a vast city where the choices you make shape the story and the world around you. Become a cyberpunk, an urban mercenary equipped with cybernetic enhancements and build your legend on the streets of Night City.

Cyberpunk 2077 will be available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Google Stadia and PC (via Steam, GOG and the EGS) on the 17th of September.
