The Nightmare Begins in Shockingly Short Launch Trailer for Capcom's RESIDENT EVIL 3 Remake

Their time has come, as Jill Valentine’s reimagined encounter with the ever-evolving Nemesis is finally coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC today — and if you just can't wait to play it, Capcom has released a special launch trailer for the game. Sadly, said action-packed video is also shockingly short.
The all-new trailer focuses on all the things that make Resident Evil 3 special, namely, its main S.T.A.R.S. — Jill and her unexpected ally, Umbrella mercenary Carlos Oliveira — and the truly relentless Nemesis.
Currently sitting at a good 80% score on Metacritic, Resident Evil 3 may seem feel like a step backwards for Capcom's series (especially after the award-winning Resident Evil 2), but it's worth remembering that this year's remake also features a full-blown asymmetrical multiplayer mode — titled Resident Evil: Resistance.
The fact that many fans of the long-running franchise seem to be slightly disappointed by the horror game's critical reception is a testament to Capcom's stellar creative output in the last few years, as the Japanese company's Resident Evil VII: Biohazard, Monster Hunter: World, Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition, Mega Man 11, Devil May Cry V and Resident Evil 2 are some of the best-reviewed games of the 8th generation of consoles.
With Resident Evil 3 finally making its debut today, take a look at its intense launch trailer down below:
Experience Jill Valentine’s encounter with the unrelenting Nemesis in this survival-horror classic remade from the ground up. It also includes Resident Evil Resistance, a new 1 vs 4 asymmetrical online multiplayer game set in the Resident Evil universe. Cooperate as one of four Survivors or as a twisted Mastermind attempting to stop them at every turn.
Resident Evil 3: Remake is currently available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC (via Steam).
