Czech Developer Warhorse Studios Might Be Working on KINGDOM COME: DELIVERANCE Sequel

Kingdom Come: Deliverance has been a major sales hit, so it's safe to say that 2018's role-playing game will get a full-blown sequel sooner rather than later — and it looks like Warhorse Studios is already working on a new entry in the series. The original title is now available for PS4, Xbox One and PC (via Steam and GOG).
Yesterday, the Czech game developer posted two images of a mo-cap artist wielding different kinds of medieval weapons on set. Taking into account that Kingdom Come: Deliverance took place in the early 15th century, the newly released images strongly suggest that the works on a possible sequel are well underway.
Obviously, the Prague-based company may also be producing a fresh IP, but it seems highly unlikely.
Warhorse has been operating as an independent studio under Koch Media since 2019, so the award-winning developer's new projects will most definitely be published by THQ Nordic, Koch Media's parent company.
Since its February 2018 launch, Kingdom Come: Deliverance has sold well over 2 million copies worldwide.
