Nintendo Switch Version of BURNOUT PARADISE REMASTERED Will Seemingly Debut This June

Although this information hasn't been officially confirmed yet, the recently revealed Nintendo Switch edition of Criterion Games' critically acclaimed Burnout Paradise Remastered could potentially become available on the 19th of June. According to a now-removed listing on the US eShop, the title will also be priced at $49,99.

Burnout Paradise Remastered for Switch was announced at last month's Direct Mini with an action-packed gameplay trailer. Back then, Electronic Arts revealed that the port would race onto the console in 2020.

Currently sitting at a great 82% score on review aggregator Metacritic, Burnout Paradise Remastered is one of the most successful racing games in recent memory. With that in mind, Switch owners who appreciate well-made, high-octane productions should definitely keep an eye on the fast-approaching video game.

Burnout Paradise Remastered includes not only the base game, but also eight DLC packs, fully optimized for the Nintendo Switch in 60 FPS, including pinch-and-pull map control for ease of navigation. Burnout Paradise Remastered is the ultimate driving playground to play with friends or on-the-go."

At the time of this writing, the American publisher had neither confirmed nor denied the leaked release date.

The multi-million selling Burnout franchise races onto Nintendo Switch for the first time ever. Make action your middle name as you rule the open streets of Paradise City, in Burnout Paradise Remastered. Test the limits of skill and endurance as you push the boundaries of speed itself. Hurtle through hectic downtown avenues to wild mountain roads. Smash through traffic, wreck your opponents, and use the open city to find shortcuts. Leave your friends in the dust and define your route to victory – or crash out in spectacular and devastating effect.

Burnout Paradise Remastered is currently available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC (via Origin); coming to Nintendo Switch in 2020.
