With Dragon Ball Z Kakarot: A New Power Awakens – Part 1 launching tomorrow, Bandai Namco has shared an intense gameplay trailer for the fighting game's first big DLC, showcasing the God of Destruction, Beerus, in all his glory. That's not all, as the action-packed video also sheds light on Goku's Super Saiyan God form.
According to Namco, Beerus will be an opponent to be reckoned with, "especially since players won’t be able to use the full range of their items to defeat him." The God of Destruction will be set at Level 250.
To be able to play the fast-approaching expansion this Tuesday, you will unfortunately need to purchase the production's official season pass — which is currently priced at $24.99. Thankfully, it will also grant you access to the next A New Power Awakens – Part 2 content drop that will be released at some point this year.
As a reminder, the company has shipped two million copies of Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot since its release for PS4, Xbox One, and PC in January — so chances are that the game will be supported for a long, long time.
Be sure to learn a whole lot more about Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot's first major expansion in the gravity-defying gameplay trailer — also featuring Whis, Beerus' all-powerful martial arts teacher — down below:
