Publisher THQ Nordic has just announced that the Black Forest Games–developed reimagining of Pandemic Studios' classic Destroy All Humans! will make its way to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC (only via Steam) on July 28, 2020. If you just can't wait to play it, you can pre-order the upcoming title on its official website.
Considering that the original Destroy All Humans! made its successful debut in June 2005, playing the fast-approaching remake seems like a good way to celebrate the long-running franchise's 15th anniversary.
The new Destroy All Humans! is reportedly "faithfully rebuilt from scratch," allowing fans (and newcomers, obviously) to take on the role of the villainous alien Crypto-137 and terrorise poor "Earthlings" once again.
The human population of the US won't be the only victim of Crypto's wrath, as the evil maniac will also unleash his tools of infinite destruction on our primitive buildings, vintage cars, and even a bunch of cows.
With Destroy All Humans! launching in July, we will definitely learn a whole lot more about the sandbox game in the near future. In the meantime, take a closer look at the title's latest gameplay trailer down below:
The cult-classic returns! Terrorize the people of 1950s Earth in the role of the evil alien Crypto-137. Harvest DNA and bring down the US government in the remake of the legendary alien invasion action adventure. Annihilate puny humans using an assortment of alien weaponry and psychic abilities. Reduce their cities to rubble with your flying Saucer!
Destroy all Humans! is coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC (via Steam) on July 28, 2020.
