Crysis Remastered and World War Z are not the only video games Saber Interactive is working on, as the Maplewood-based developer's sequel to 2017's sleeper hit MudRunner is releasing for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC today. It's worth remembering that SnowRunner is an Epic Games Store exclusive on PC.
According to publisher Focus Home Interactive, this "next-generation off-road" game is a great co-op experience (with up to 4 players), putting you "in the driver’s seat of powerful vehicles as you conquer extreme open environments with the most advanced terrain simulation ever. Drive 40 vehicles from brands such as Ford, Chevrolet, and Freightliner as you leave your mark on an untamed open world."
Considering that SnowRunner is currently sitting at a sweet 81% score on Metacritic, fans of MudRunner (and racing games with realistic driving physics in general) should definitely keep an eye on the production.
Although SnowRunner is a brand-new game, the team at Saber has already announced that it will continue to grow after launch, as the studio is planning to release free updates to "enrich the experience further."
Without further ado, take a closer look at the high-octane launch trailer for SnowRunner down below:
