MIRROR'S EDGE–Inspired GHOSTRUNNER Will Officially Step Into the Spotlight This Wednesday

It looks like Polish publisher All in! Games will finally share some new details about the 3D Realms–produced Ghostrunner — a first-person action game in the same vein as Mirror's Edge and its 2016 sequel — as soon as this Wednesday. As a reminder, One More Level's biggest project to date was officially revealed in August.

The studio has posted a short teaser on Twitter, suggesting that more information on Ghostrunner will be shared on the 6th of May. Considering that the game will make its debut in 2020, chances are that All in! Games will announce its release date (and maybe even unveil a brand-new trailer) sooner rather than later.

Quite interestingly, Ghostrunner will be available not only on PlayStation 4, Xbox One & PC (Steam), but also Nintendo Switch — and channelling your inner Prince of Persia on the go seems like an idea worth pursuing.

For those unfamiliar with Ghostrunner, the upcoming game is set in a cyberpunk world where The Tower — humanity’s last remaining shelter — is torn by violence and poverty. As the titular implant-enhanced daredevil, players will embark on a mission to reach the top of the building and bring order to chaos.

Without further ado, take a look at the latest teaser (?) for the fast-approaching Ghostrunner down below:

Enter an intense cyberpunk world and experience fierce, dynamic combat! Conquer your enemies in the physical world and in cyberspace. Hunt for answers in humanity’s last remaining shelter. Ascend humanity’s last remaining shelter, a great tower-city. The tower is torn by violence, poverty, and chaos. Conquer your enemies, discover the secrets of the superstructure and your own origin and obtain the power to challenge The Keymaster.

Ghostrunner is coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC (via Steam) in 2020.
