With Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions launching at some point this year, it comes as no surprise that Bandai Namco has released two short trailers for the sports game, putting the spotlight on the USA and Senegalese Junior Youth teams. Unfortunately for Xbox fans, the title is coming only to PS4, Switch and PC.
Reportedly, the American squad has "great physical strength with talents who were greedily gathered and have been trained through the latest technologies and trainings. Most of the players are from the soccer school that Cardinal established," with Blake Martin and Cheikh Azwan being the team's main stars.
When it comes to the other crew, they are "the greatest team in Africa with good physical ability that overwhelms opponents." The team is led by Moussa Diallo, a valuable player who's "one of the best performers even in the Senegal team, which has a lots of players with high physical performance."
Fans of the manga will also encounter the German team — consisting of players good at both offence and defence — so winning the tournament and becoming the titular champion definitely won't be an easy task.
Wait no more, and take a closer look at the American and Senegalese Junior Youth teams down below:
