DISINTEGRATION Gets Two Explosive Trailers as HALO Co-Creator's New Shooter Launches Today

V1 Interactive's Disintegration — the brand-new first-person shooter designed by Marcus Lehto, one of the creators of the beloved Halo franchise — is releasing for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC (via Steam) today.
To celebrate the long-awaited launch of Lehto's new big thing, publisher Private Division has shared online two action-packed trailers for Disintegration. Although the first one is a rather standard release trailer, the other video focuses on the game's core feature — especially in its multiplayer modes — character classes.
In the newly released shooter, players can choose their own fully customisable crew (a fancy word for nine in-game classes) to leave their mark on this futuristic world. Obviously, each class — including the cutting-edge Neon Dreams, Lost Ronin, and King's Guard — is equipped with a unique loadout and abilities.
Although Disintegration probably won't be remembered as the best FPS of 2020 — its highest-rated version (PC) is sitting at a 64% Metacritic score — fans of fast-paced online-focused titles should give it a fair shot.
"We all truly love what we’re doing and believe that single-player and multiplayer together make a fine pairing that we haven’t seen much of lately," Lehto said in a message to fans. "I hope that our passion and joy for making games shows through as you experience the world of Disintegration. Play the tutorial, get a feel for things, and above all, have a great time. Hope to see you on our Discord."
Without further ado, take a look at the colourful universe of V1 Interactive's Disintegration down below:
You play as Romer Shoal, a former Gravcycle pilot in command of a small Integrated resistance still grasping onto fading memories of their human selves. With the domineering Rayonne forces set on eliminating the final remnants of human society, it’s up to Romer and his crew of Outlaws to fight back and reboot humanity.
Disintegration is coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC (via Steam) today.
