War Begins in Intense ANCESTORS LEGACY Trailer as Acclaimed RTS Is Available for Nintendo Switch

Ancestors Legacy was initially released over two years ago, but the good news is that the critically acclaimed real-time strategy game — "influenced by historical events in the Middle Ages" — is finally available for the Nintendo Switch. As a reminder, said edition of Ancestors Legacy was officially announced last month.
The brand-new port is currently priced at $39.99. Destructive Creations' opus magnum is also fully playable on PC, Xbox One, and PS4, allowing players to embrace their inner Viking, Anglo-Saxon, German, and Slav.
Created from scratch by the development team responsible for the highly divisive IS Defence and Hatred, Ancestors Legacy "combines resource management and base building with large-scale, squad-based battles across vast Battlefields, all rendered in great detail thanks to the Unreal Engine 4 Tech."
Rumour has it that the aforementioned Hatred — which remains one of the most controversial games in history — will also arrive on the Switch at a later date, but this information has not been confirmed just yet.
To celebrate the long-awaited Nintendo Switch debut of Ancestors Legacy, Destructive Creations — which is self-publishing the port — has released yet another launch trailer for the game. Check it out:
Ancestors Legacy is a squad-based real time strategy with a strong focus on tactics. Inspired by medieval European history, it brings to life four different nations and their conflicts, usually solved by war. Extensive single player campaign, skirmish fight and online battles. An RTS built for the controller right from the start.
Ancestors Legacy is currently available for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC (via Steam and GOG).
