Over Two Million Players Have Given ORI AND THE WILL OF THE WISPS a Chance Since Its March Launch

Vienna-based developer Moon Studios has proudly announced that its latest 2D platformer — Ori and the Will of the Wisps — have been downloaded by two million players since its highly successful March launch.
Although Ori and the Will of the Wisps is a strikingly beautiful production with some otherworldly, simply stunning visuals, Moon Studios has revealed that only 432 thousand players have managed to finish it — which suggests that the critically acclaimed sequel is too difficult at times, especially for casual gamers.
Upon its release, the beautiful platformer was met with critical praise by both critics and players, currently sitting at a great 90% score on Metacritic. As a reminder, the title is also available with Xbox Game Pass.
Considering that the studio has only made two games so far — 2015's Ori and the Blind Forest and 2020's Ori and the Will of the Wisps — it's safe to say that the team's third project should be on everyone's radar.
