Atlus has some great news for all fans of the Shin Megami Tensei franchise, as two new entries in the series — Shin Megami Tensei III Nocturne HD Remaster and Shin Megami Tensei V are coming to Nintendo Switch.
What's even better, both role-playing games will arrive on Nintendo Switch sometime in 2021, with the remaster of 2003's Shin Megami Tensei III Nocturne coming to Nintendo's best-selling console next Spring.
For those unfamiliar with Shin Megami Tensei III Nocturne, it made its debut 17 years ago, receiving mostly positive reviewed upon launch. Quite interestingly, the unexpected remaster is also headed to PlayStation 4.
When it comes to the new game, it will have a simultaneous global launch, allowing players to dive into the Kouji Okada–created world where "order itself has crumbled and chaos reigns over all" at the same time.
Considering that both Shin Megami Tensei III Nocturne HD Remaster and Shin Megami Tensei V will release next year, we should learn a whole lot more about each jRPG in the coming months. In the meantime, take a closer look at their action-packed reveal trailers — shared at today's Nintendo Direct Mini — down below:
