AGONY Spin-Off SUCCUBUS Receives Free Playable Prologue Featuring Two Levels From Horror Game

Madmind Studio's Succubus will arrive in 2021 — at some point between the beginning of April and end of September — but the gruesome game's completely free demo version is already available on PC (via Steam).

That's right, you can play the first two levels of Succubus and enjoy the Agony spin-off's core features such as attacking giant beasts with your claws and wielding bone swords and axes retrieved from dead enemies right now. In case you're not familiar with Succubus, the title's main protagonist is a wild and lustful demon.

It's worth remembering that Succubus won't shy away from some of the darker aspects of the violent and spine-chilling Agony universe, so if you are under the age of 18, you should avoid the game like the plague.

It seems that Succubus is much more enjoyable than its critically panned predecessor, as the game's demo has been receiving positive reviews from Steam users — and the fact that it won't make its debut anytime soon suggests that Madmind's second major project may live up to its potential when it's all said and one.

To learn more about the truly awful world of Succubus, take a closer look at its all-new trailer down below:

You are the Succubus – a wild and lustful demon who rejected the role of the queen of the infernal abyss. With the disappearance of the legitimate rulers of Hell, the remaining demons recognized Nimrod as their ruler, because he was the only soul who could dominate the mind of the mighty Beast. By raising his new empire from the corpses of sinners, the new king, along with his new queen – you – managed to control the chaos left by former rulers. The life of luxury and walking on rugs sewn from the skins of martyrs was not for you though, and so you have chosen a life in the wilderness.

Succubus is coming to PC (via Steam) in Q2-Q3 2021.
