As promised, Ubisoft has revealed some new details about the Assassin's Creed Odyssey team's original RPG Immortals Fenyx Rising, confirming the release date leaked by the Microsoft Store — the 3rd of December.
That's right, Ubisoft Quebec's action-packed answer to Nintendo's The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild — previously known as Gods & Monsters — will arrive on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X & S, Nintendo Switch, Google Stadia, and PC (via Uplay and the Epic Games Store) later this year, allowing you save the colourful world of Greek gods from the wrath of Titan Typhon, the father of all mythical beasts.
Those who just can't wait to play the long-delayed sandbox should be happy yo hear that Immortals Fenyx Rising will get a free — and maybe more importantly, exclusive to Google Stadia — demo sometime in 2020.
Set in a vast world, Immortals Fenyx Rising will give you the chance to create your very own character, freely explore seven unique regions — each inspired by a different Greek god (including Hephaestus and Ares) — and wield powerful weapons — such as the Wings of Daidalos and the sword of Achilles — to destroy the villain. Quite interestingly, your story will be narrated by the mighty comedic duo of Prometheus and Zeus.
