Resistance Is Not Futile in Latest FOR HONOR Content Drop, Third-Person Brawler Passes 25 Million Players

Ubisoft has finally shared some new details about For Honor's future and confirmed that its next big content drop — titled For Honor: Resistance — will allow fans to put an end to the Order of Horkos' regime of terror.

The For Honor: Resistance expansion will arrive on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on September 17, 2020.

In other For Honor–related news, Ubisoft has confirmed that 25 million people have played the game since its launch in February 2017, making it one of the most thriving live-service projects in the studio's portfolio.

Considering that the original video game has enjoyed great success, it's safe to say that For Honor will make a return in some way, shape, or form on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X — and chances are that the team at Ubisoft Montreal is already working on its major follow-up — or a vastly enhanced version, at the very least.

Without further ado, take a closer look at the truly beautiful For Honor: Resistance reveal trailer down below:

Carve a path of destruction through the battlefield fighting for guts, glory, and survival in For Honor, a new melee action game developed by Ubisoft Montreal in collaboration with other Ubisoft studios. Enter the chaos of a raging war as a Knight, Viking, or Samurai, three of the greatest warrior legacies.

For Honor is currently available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC (via Steam, Uplay, Origin, and the EGS).
