THE LAST OF US PART II: Naughty Dog Reveals New Artwork By Yoji Shinkawa and Tula Lotay
During the very first The Last of Us Day — previously known as Outbreak Day — Naughty Dog announced a board game based on the IP and revealed brand-new posters and statues inspired by The Last of Us Part II.
First of all, fans of the divisive title can pre-order 2 posters created by renowned illustrator Tula Lotay from the Mondo website. Be swift, as it's a limited series that won't be available for purchase after October 1st.
That's not all, as Sony also shared a new wallpaper designed by Death Stranding Art Director Yoji Shinkawa.
On top of that, the team responsible for Bloodborne: The Board Game and God of War: The Card Game are officially working on The Last of Us Board Game. "Our love of games–digital, card, board, or otherwise–knows no bounds, and we couldn’t be more excited to be bringing the characters and world of The Last of Us to a tabletop format," Senior Communications Manager Scott Lowe said. "Development is already underway, and we can’t wait to share more info with you when the time is right," he added.
Five years after their dangerous journey across the post-pandemic United States, Ellie and Joel have settled down in Jackson, Wyoming. Living amongst a thriving community of survivors has allowed them peace and stability, despite the constant threat of the infected and other, more desperate survivors.
The Last of Us Part II is currently available for PlayStation 4.
