HELLISH QUART Has Been Delayed; Will Now Make Its Steam Early Access Debut This January

Hellish Quart was supposed to enter Steam Early Access this month — on December 7, precisely speaking — but it's no longer the case, as the team at Kubold has decided to delay the unique 2D fighting game's debut.
According to the Polish video game developer, Hellish Quart will now be arriving on Steam in January 2021.
The reasoning behind Kubold's decision definitely makes sense, as CD Projekt's Red's Cyberpunk 2077 — which will hit store shelves on December 10 — would probably steal the indie game's thunder fairly easily.
The ambitious team is planning to put the extra development time to good use, introducing a never-before-seen playable character — named Johannes — from the get-go. Obviously, the developer will be constantly updating Hellish Quart during the game's Steam Early Access stage. Interestingly enough, the full version of Hellish Quart will allow you to choose from 12 totally different fencers — each with their own fighting style.
