Stylish 3D Platformer SHADY PART OF ME Gets an Intriguing Launch Trailer Narrated by Hannah Murray

Focus Home Interactive has released a never-before-seen launch trailer for Shady Part of Me, an original 3D platformer — narrated by Hannah Murray (Game of Thrones, Dark Shadows) — that you can play right now.

That's absolutely right, Shady Part of Me is currently available for all major consoles — namely PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch — and PC (via both Steam and the Epic Games Store); now priced at $14.99.

In Shady Part of Me, you assume the role of a sorrowful kid embarking on a Kafkaesque journey to get back to the real world. Sooner or later, she'll discover that there's only one "person" she can trust — her shadow.

To beat the odds — and ultimately overcome emotional trauma — both the little girl and her shadow must finally learn to work together. Thankfully, you will be able to fix even their biggest mistakes fairly easily, as our heroin possesses the ability to turn back time at any moment Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time–style.

The first wave of reviews for Shady Part of Me suggests that fans of more visually distinct platforming games — like Limbo and Contrast — should give it a fair shot, as the title is sitting at a nice 80% score on Metacritic.

Without further ado, take a closer look at the jaw-dropping launch trailer for Shady Part of Me down below:
