Korean Pearl Abyss Releases Over 5 Minutes of Exciting CRIMSON DESERT Gameplay Footage
Mechanic: Bartosz Sobczak
Category: Open-World Games
It took a bit longer than expected, but Pearl Abyss has finally shared a new trailer for Crimson Desert, putting the spotlight on the long-awaited sandbox's only protagonist — a downtrodden mercenary named Macduff.
Crimson Desert used to be marketed as a brand-new MMO — and a spiritual successor to Pearl Abyss' own Black Desert Online — but the game has evolved in many ways since its official announcement in November 2019. According to the developer, their next big thing is a fully fledged open-world role-playing game now.
Interestingly enough, Crimson Desert will be self-published by the Anyang-based gaming company itself.
Considering that Crimson Desert will be arriving on PS4, Xbox One, and PC at some point next year, we will definitely learn a whole lot more about Pearl Abyss' original answer to Dragon's Dogma in the near future.
Without further ado, take a closer look at the spectacular gameplay trailer for Crimson Desert down below:
